Procurement Manager – AMP Foodstuff

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager with experience in the coffee industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent availability of high-quality coffee beans while also driving cost-efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

• You will lead a team of procurement professionals, overseeing their daily activities, and providing guidance to negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, and manage supplier relationships to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
• You will collaborate closely with various departments to assess their procurement needs, forecast demand, and establish efficient procurement processes aligned with budget constraints.
• You will stay vigilant about market dynamics, identifying potential risks and opportunities, offering innovative procurement solutions, and keeping abreast of industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in the procurement department.
• In the capacity of Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing procurement strategies that ensure the efficient sourcing of goods and services while upholding cost-effectiveness and supplier excellence.
