Job Description:
- Maintain a filing system of all relevant documents and records.
- Responsible for managing documents such as receiving, processing and storing documents related to the Company.
- Handle front office reception duties such as answering phone calls, preparing meeting rooms for conferences, welcoming guests.
- Arrange car, hotel & air ticket booking for staff.
- Provide support to other administrative tasks such as typing, translating and photocopying of documents.
- Adhere to any other duties requested by the supervisor.
- Manage office supplies.
- Supervise office support staff and manage vehicle movements.
- Receive and record all incoming correspondence/invoices.
- Dispatch all forms of external correspondence.
- Assist in soliciting quotations and procuring office supplies and fixed assets.
- Attend to visitors/business associates and respond to queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – commerce, management, business administration or the equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Competent IT skills, including experience of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Preferably EGYPTIAN national.
