- To communicate with customers in properly distributing correspondence, company literature, collecting and depositing cheques. etc.
- To maintain customer data base for inquiries that do not fall in STC Production range and to compile a marketing report on a regular basis.
- To assist with customer-service personnel, product availability and quality assurance related issues
- To process expense reports
- To process export invoices and other related documents ( certificate of origin )
- To supervise and maintain extensive filling system in the sales department
- Provide full administrative support to the Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineers
- To assist out of the city customers with travel, hotel, transport arrangements and properly liaison with them on behalf of Sales Department.
- To serve as alternate for the dispatcher and secretaries during vacation period.
