Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in the subject area(s) being taught.
Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Experience working with diverse student populations and adapting instruction to meet individual needs.
