Job Description:
Become the first point of contact for our guests as a Valet Parking Attendant! We are seeking courteous and responsible individuals to provide professional valet parking services and enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Assist guests with vehicle parking and retrieval
Handle guest belongings with care and responsibility
Maintain a organized and efficient valet parking area
Provide information on parking rates and policies
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge for guest services
Follow safety and security protocols for vehicle handling
Maintain cleanliness and order in the valet parking area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Valet Parking Attendant or in a similar role
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic rules
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to handle various vehicle types
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
