We are seeking an experienced Saudi HR Manager to join a startup company focusing on decarbonization services and solutions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing talent, implementing effective HR strategies, and fostering a positive work culture. Working directly with the Founder and CEO, the HR Manager will play a crucial role in building and supporting the startup team and driving the success of the organization.
• Build and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company.
• Design and execute competency development programs to enhance employee skills and align with company goals and individual career growth.
• Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintenance of employee records.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Saudi Labor Law and regulations, in proactive manners.
• Maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
