Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Electrical Project Engineer. Specialized in low current services you will be responsible for the design and engineering of Low curent electrical systems, power distribution, and power systems. The role is located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Projects Management & implementation

1- Fire Alarm (simplex-cooper-Apollo-HST-Thorn-honeywell-hochiki, ETC.. )

2- Sound System (Bosch-ITC – TOA – JDM )

3- CCTV (Bosch-American Dynamics-wisenet-hikvision-honeywell – Dahua ) – VMS Software

4- Access control (elid – Bosch – ZK – Rbh)

5- Gates & shutters

6- Intercom ( Farfisa – comax – Dahua – Hikvision – ZK)

7- Intrusion System

8- Passive network regrding – Fiber solutions ( Installation & Site management )

9- Bulding Mangement System ( BMS )

• The candidate must have estimation & design experience in Firefighting and Fire alarm systems.
• Responsible for reviewing the scope of work, specifications, drawings and BOQ to prepare project cost estimations.
• Capable of reviewing specifications and preparing compliance statements.
• Prepare firefighting design drawings and technical submittals.
• Evaluate client’s existing fire protection design by reviewing drawings/site survey data and prepare recommendations.
• Ability of maintenance and commissioning for all the low current systems
• The candidate must have excellent communication & English speaking skills in order to attend technical meetings with clients.
• Possess the knowledge of NFPA, firefighting, fire alarm systems, FM200, NOVEC, Foam, and kitchen fire protection systems.
• Have knowledge of the fire protection brands and overall market.
• Good Skills in AutoCAD, Elite fire Hydraulic calculation, MS Office, FM200, and NOVEC calculation Software.
• Possess the knowledge of CCTV Systems Software & VMS Software
