<p><b>Overview of the role:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>The purpose of the role is to execute the product vision by being the champion of the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram Product Portfolios and being the true voice of the customer across the organization.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>What you will do:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify target segments and define the primary target customer / vehicle application for each product line</li>
<li>Manage the Product Lifecycle to meet evolving consumer needs, technology developments and competitor landscape</li>
<li>Maximise mass profit of the portfolio by optimising volume and profit per unit with right cost to value offering and logical grade walks</li>
<li>Perform competitive analysis to recommend Product, Pricing and Offer Strategy for launch and develop countermeasures to address sales performance and stock issues</li>
<li>Establish close relationships with OEM to secure UAE market voice of the customer and influence decisions that could affect short-, mid- and long-term Al Futtaim Trading Enterprises / Honda business</li>
<li>Handle OEM enquires and meet deadlines set for each project</li>
<li>Attend OEM meetings to align on the overall product and brand strategy and ensure maximum influence</li>
<li>Coordinate with Sales Operations / Demand & Supply team to ensure the desired ordering mix to support the product life cycle strategy</li>

<p><b>Required Skills to be successful:</b><br>
1.- OEM experience in product and pricing.<br>
2.- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.<br>
3.- Experience utilizing pricing tools and commercial acumen.<br>

<p><b>About the Team:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the Head of Product and Pricing and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders. </li>
</ul>

<p><b>What equips you for the role:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Finance or related field.</li>
<li>8 years of experience in Automotive industry with at least 3 years in product related roles. </li>
<li>OEM or Major Distributor experience desirable, ideally with GCC experience. </li>
<li>Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and financial skills with the ability to use data to build a compelling business case.</li>
<li>Ability to understand the technical aspects of vehicles.</li>
<li>Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.</li>
<li>Strong decision-making skills with an eye for strategic enhancement of the business.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills to understand and address issues across multiple disciplines.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines.</li>
