We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will provide support to our team by managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
  3. Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  4. Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  6. Update and maintain databases and filing systems.
  7. Assist with event planning and coordination.
  8. Provide general administrative support to the team.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  8. Experience with event planning and coordination.
