We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical design and construction, along with proficiency in using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate and detailed modeling of electrical components
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop electrical plans and layouts
- Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize the coordination of electrical systems
- Generate accurate quantity take-offs and material lists for project estimation
- Review and interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for electrical design and BIM technology
