Job Description:
We seek an experienced eCommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and managing order fulfillment, marketing strategies, and inventory management across various marketplaces, including Amazon, Shopify, and eBay. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can drive sales growth, enhance customer experiences, and streamline operational processes within our eCommerce department.
Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store on Shopify, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, inventory levels are accurate, and orders are processed efficiently.
– Manage our presence on various marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, including optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase visibility and sales.
2. [[Data Entry and Analysis:[[
– Utilize MS Excel to analyze sales data, track inventory levels, and create reports to support business decisions.
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales trends, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing exceptional customer service to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Proactively engage with customers to address concerns or questions and seek feedback to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
