Holiday Package Specialist – ATT Travels

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Holiday Package Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and publishing compelling holiday packages for a variety of destinations, collaborating with travel suppliers to secure the best deals for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify popular holiday destinations based on market trends and customer preferences.
• Develop detailed itineraries for holiday packages, including flights, accommodation, activities, and transportation.
• Negotiate and secure competitive rates with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, activity providers) for all aspects of the package.
• Create engaging and informative descriptions of holiday packages, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Utilize ATT’s content management system to publish holiday packages on our website and partner platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, destinations, and supplier offerings.
• Maintain strong working relationships with travel suppliers and internal teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding holiday packages and provide excellent customer service.
