A Junior Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This includes conducting market research, assisting with the development of marketing strategies, and building relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
  3. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies
  4. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking events and meetings
  5. Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
  7. Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Detail-oriented and highly organized
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  8. Experience in sales or business development is a plus
