Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers and adherence to delivery schedules.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange transportation and resolve any issues or delays.
Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, delivery status, and transportation costs.
Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding transportation and logistics.
Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency without compromising service quality.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline logistics operations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate logistics activities and meet customer requirements.
