Responsible for carrying out diagnosis, maintenance and repairs/troubleshooting of all types of mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel-powered equipment.
Your Responsibilities
- Take job orders, plan and schedule, and carry out preventive maintenance
- Check, repair and maintain mechanical equipment
- Carry out new mechanical installation as per customer requirement
- Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment
- Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage
- Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management
- Ensure all work is undertaken to a high quality standard and adhere to all quality standard regulations
- Maintain records and files, and prepare reports
