- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet daily packing goals. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
- Efficiency: Strive to improve packing processes and suggest enhancements that can increase efficiency and reduce waste.
