Planning Manager – First Fix

 We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Construction Projects Planning Manager to oversee the planning and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project planning, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. The Construction Projects Planning Manager will be responsible for developing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, including tracking costs and expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Monitor the progress and performance of construction projects, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
• Supervise and mentor project planning team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
