Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs for villa renovations, and configuring, pricing, and quoting renovation projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction and renovation industry in Dubai, with a specific focus on villas, and the ability to deliver customized solutions that meet our clients’ requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, with a focus on villa owners in Dubai.
- Understand and assess client needs, providing expert advice and consultation for renovation projects.
- Configure, price, and quote for villa renovation projects, ensuring proposals are competitive and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure project proposals are feasible and align with Haifa Renov8’s standards of quality and creativity.
- Follow up on proposals and close sales deals, achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities in the Dubai renovation market, leveraging insights to improve sales strategies and offerings.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Additional Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to travel within Dubai to meet with clients and inspect project sites.
- Strong network within the real estate and construction industry in Dubai is highly desirable.
