Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking,calling, and referrals.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and tours with potential buyers or tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients, including price, financing, and closing terms.
Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and contracts to clients.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services with clients, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales representative.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
