Real Estate Coordinator – Alyasra Fashion – Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry and will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of real estate transactions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including property listings, showings, and negotiations
2. Assist with the preparation and review of legal documents, such as leases and purchase agreements
3. Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and rental rates
4. Maintain and update property databases and listings
5. Assist with the coordination and scheduling of property inspections and appraisals
6. Communicate and negotiate with clients, landlords, and tenants
7. Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
8. Assist with the coordination of property maintenance and repairs
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software
