Retail sales representative in major biscuit and food companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a Salesman to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling and distributing the company’s products in all designated sales markets in accordance with the objectives and strategy of the company
- Provide the required reports – Achieving the targets set by the company
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Promote and sell our products and services to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics to increase sales and market share.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ products and services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to potential customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.

- Proven experience as a Salesman or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the industry and competitors’ products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
