Job Summary
The position will work with the Clients, Director of Operations, Safety Managers, Project Engineers and Project Administrator through the life cycle of a project. The Project Manager will be responsible for Job costs to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
Job Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities – Work on medium and big size projects with project management team – Coordinating and directing project design, permitting and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout. – Financial, quality and safety performance of assigned projects. – Training and mentoring junior project team staff. – Provide mentorship to assistant project managers – Ensure field crew is on time and on budget – Coordinate subcontractors, personnel, tools, and equipment – Develop Site-Specific Safety Plans – Provide strong customer service to clients
