BEME-LLC in KSA is an equipment supplier specializing in the bakery and pastry sector. Exclusive distributor of the Bongard brand. We are present in Riyadh and KSA region. We sell, install, and maintain bakery equipment to a clientele of craftsmen, hotels and supermarkets.

We are looking for 1 SHOWROOM MANAGER, with the aim of creating a strong team concerned with providing high quality standards services and expertise.

The person must have an experience of minimum 5 years in Saudia and on Bakery, Pastry or Kitchen equipment.

Job description: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategy, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This position will require to travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

•                Supervising employees, administration tasks, and showroom operation

•                Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.

•                Obeying company regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.

•                Analyzing market performance and needs and drawing up action plans.

•                Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.

•                Conduct sales meetings with clients

•                Develop and maintain business relationships

•                Develop new business leads

•                Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.

•                Create and maintain a professional, welcoming experience for showroom customers

•                Properly maintain and update showroom displays

•                Maintain showroom appearance, including organization, cleanliness.

•                Oversee Showroom operations, Including DAY TO DAY maintenance equipments.

•                Organizing Customers visits and demonstrations in the Showroom.

•                Conduct regular Staff meetings in the showroom.

•                Conduct Sales meetings with Management.

•                Recommend Fine points of inventory control

•                Ensure accuracy of stock and sales

Desired Skill & Expertise :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, management, or similar
  • 3-5 years of Bakery/Pastry or Kitchen Equipment sales.
  • Driving License KSA is mandatory
  • Managerial experience is required.
  • Good leadership and people skills.
  • Excellent time management, dynamic.
  • Attention to details.
  • Great networking abilities.
  • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously

Qualities required:

· Must have good experience on technical companies, manufacturing companies

· Strong communication skills (speak and written both Arabic and English)

· Organized and pay attention to details

· Commitment and dedicated to company vision, integrity, growth mindset

· Ability of working under pressure, flexible

. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

. Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.

. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time – 48h per week

Salary: From SAR15,000.00 per month + KPI
