للعمل في مدينة الرياض – الادارة العامة وفقا للشروط التالية:
المؤهلات والخبرات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الموارد البشرية، شؤون الموظفين او التوظيف.
- خبرة واسعة في مواقع التوظيف والاعلانات الوظيفية.
- الالتزام بالمواعيد وسرعة الانجاز.
- خبرة في المواقع الحكومية للموارد البشرية
المهام الوظيفية
- مسؤول عن التوظيف بالشركة وفق الاحتياج المقدم من الإدارات المختلفة والتأكد من عدم وجود زيادة أو نقص بالإدارات المعنية.
- اعداد ملفات الموظفين الجدد والعمل على ارشفتها الكترونيا.
- العمل على خطة التدريب ومتابعة تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي للموظفين الجدد.
- الرد على استفسارات الموظفين.
