Construction Manager – SWIMCON CONTRACTING W.L.L

A Swimming Pool Construction Company is looking to hire a construction manager urgently.

Should Have:

Rich knowledge of Swimming Pools, Saunas, spas, jacuzzi’s and water features.

Can make drawings on Coral Draw or Adobe Acrobat (preferred)

Driving Licence (Mandatory)

• As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilize your expertise in overseeing quality control measures to ensure strict adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout all construction activities.
• Your responsibility in efficient project documentation management, covering contracts, permits, and change orders, will ensure a systematic and comprehensive record of the construction process.
• Be the key point of contact, ensuring regular updates are provided to clients, senior management, and relevant stakeholders on project status, budget changes, and essential modifications.
• Fulfill your role as the primary point of contact, consistently updating clients, senior management, and other stakeholders on project status, budgetary shifts, and critical modifications.
• It will be your duty to continually monitor and control construction progress, promptly resolving any concerns to sustain project efficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are a must, enabling the candidate to manage and collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders from start to finish.
