Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all operations of Sales, Marketing and Distribution within the respective region.
  • Creating annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, or annual targets for revenue & profits.
  • Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Create and manage team with local expertise, ensuring regular performance monitoring, mentoring, and training.
  • Business Development/ Key Account Management: Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability.
