Responsible for monitoring table reservations & effective control of flow of guests. Lead & seat guests & control telephone operator.
Key Result Activities:
• Take and supervise table reservations & effectively control the flow of guests in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover.
• Ensure a strong public relation, with effective Database and company profile.
• Notify managers of specific guests’ needs & special requests.
• Receive guest feedback / comment / complaints & monitors satisfaction.
• Maintain & update the restaurant guest history file and database.
• Monitor efficiently all telephone calls & enquiries and maximize the telephone revenues
Restaurant Responsibilities Including and NOT limited to:
➢ Take and supervise table reservations & effectively control the flow of guests in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover.
➢ Update client databases with relevant customer information.
➢ Builds great relationships with guests and clients.
➢ Always presentable and respectful to all guests and staff.
➢ Motivates and adds energy between the service team.
➢ Helps to bridge the gap between clients and staff by informing staff of anything unique and distinctive about each guest.
➢ Offers and assists in making repeat bookings and checking with departing guests if they have any comments or suggestions.
➢ Has a very good level of knowledge and understanding regarding GGG Matbakhi
➢ Assists in anyway or form to improve the quality of experience for all guests.
➢ Always present on the floor and assists in monitoring the productiveness of the staff, for the manager on duty
