Parts Dealer Sales & Operations Manager – Al Babtain Group
Overall parts branch and sales operation control and supervision, support day to day sales activities, lead and
guide parts sales staff to achieve After sales set objectives.
- Contribute to achieve annual parts sales and profitability objectives covering all franchises.
- Formulate strategies to improve market share, revenue growth and network expansions.
- Initiate and recommend strategies for product promotions and for enhancing sales and market share
- covering all sales channels.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer service levels, deployment of best practices, CS enhancement.
- Coordinate overall parts branch sales operation to ensure operation excellence in line with AABC
- fundamentals, policies and guidelines.
- Identify new market opportunities locally and overseas for parts business development and expansions.
- Conduct regular market visits covering all to improve field sales coverage and market intelligence,
- customer relationship management.
- Conduct periodic parts retail price surveys against major competitors and analyze market competitiveness
- of AABC brands and suggestion corrective action and recommendation.
- Inter department liaison for cross franchise business development.
- Customer database management, perform integrated sales analysis periodically and develop strategies to
- improve sales.
- KPI settings for sales staff, monitor sales team performance, resource management, coaching and team
- leading.
- Follow and comply with ISO, N-CAM, and DOS standards to ensure operation excellence.
