Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Strategy:Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and goals.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify and allocate necessary resources for project execution.
• Project Execution:Lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
• Client Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Resource Management:Allocate and manage resources, including personnel and external vendors.
• Team Collaboration:Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Reporting and Documentation:Prepare project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
