Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire operations and maintenance portfolio, ensuring all solar PV sites are operating
- Direct and develop a sub-department dedicated to solar PV O&M, including hiring, training, and managing
- Adopt and integrate advanced monitoring technologies to continuity track the performance and health of solar PV projects
- Establish protocols and lead reactive maintenance to outages, malfunction or other emergencies
- Liaise with project management and engineering departments, and other stakeholder to coordinate activities
