We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Poultry Farming Solutions Specialist in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Poultry Farming Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to poultry farmers in order to optimize their operations and maximize productivity. You will work closely with farmers to identify challenges, develop customized solutions, and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site assessments of poultry farms to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
2. Provide technical guidance and support to farmers in areas such as feed management, disease prevention, biosecurity, and overall farm management.
3. Assist farmers in implementing best practices and adopting innovative technologies to enhance flock health, welfare, and performance.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as necessary.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in poultry farming practices, equipment, and technologies, and share this knowledge with farmers.

Preferred Candidate:

1. 1-5 years of experience in the poultry farming industry, with a focus on technical support and solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of poultry farming practices, including feed management, disease prevention, and biosecurity.
3. Experience in conducting on-site assessments of farms and developing customized solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to farmers.
5. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
