Shop sales lady – NEST HOME FURNITURE

Responsibilities:

-Full Shop Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.

-Supplier Management:

• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
• Source new suppliers for products as needed.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers.

-Customer Management:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
• Provide product information and advice to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.

-Social Media Management:

• Manage the company’s social media accounts.
• Create engaging content to promote products and interact with customers.
• Monitor social media trends and respond to comments and messages.

-Document Maintaining:

• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and organized.

Duty Time: During shop hours, with flexibility as needed.
