1.     To arrange and to develop the system and directory of related work of the section to realize the ideal usage of company fleet, then to apply them after getting their approval.

2.    To approve the trips shipping orders and to arrange the orders of the drivers.

3.    To specify the needed types and specifications of trucks as per the received transportation services as well as the future expected ones, then to replace the current old trucks and to arrange a report on them.

4.    To coordinate with the related company units to check their transport service needs, then to arrange them as per the agreed appointments.

5.    To receive transport orders from the concerned department, then to recommend to transport them by  company trucks or a contractor trucks.

6.    To receive the new trucks then to ensure their safety and if matching the agreed standards, then to arrange a report on them.

7.    To state the technical advice on the truck specifications, which are need to be compared between them based on the experience of the drivers.

8.   To arrange the transport bills by coordinating with the finance and administration departments.

9.      To calculate the production and income of each truck based on their operation orders, then to arrange a report.

10. To arrange a monthly report on the job of each driver.

11. To coordinate with maintenance department to repair the trucks.

12. To arrange a periodic report on the activities and performance of the section and to suggest how to solve its problems and obstacles and to develop them
