岗位职责: 

一、中东地区渠道规划与建设

1、负责制定中东地区渠道拓展计划，确定渠道开发目标和策略。

2、中东地区代理商渠道的开发、建立、管理并维护良好的合作关系。

3、负责所辖地区团队建设、业务培训及日常管理工作。

二、中东地区市场调研与分析

1、收集和分析中东地区的市场信息，了解行业动态和竞争对手情况，制作销售报告及市场报告；

2、根据市场变化调整渠道策略，以适应新的市场需求 

三、合伙人权利：

（1）所辖地区市场专享权，公司资源、政策、客户由合伙人专属

（2）高额销售业绩利润分成

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Channel planning and construction in the Middle East

1. Responsible for formulating the channel expansion plan in the Middle East and determining the channel development goals and strategies.

2. The development, establishment, management and maintenance of good cooperative relations in the Middle East agent channels.

3. Responsible for team building, business training and daily management in the area under its jurisdiction.

2. Market research and analysis in the Middle East

1. Collect and analyze market information in the Middle East, understand industry dynamics and competitors, and make sales reports and market reports;

2. Adjust the channel strategy according to market changes to adapt to the new market demand 

3. Partner’s Rights:

(1) The exclusive right to enjoy the market in the area under its jurisdiction, and the company’s resources, policies and customers are exclusive to the partners

(2) Profit sharing of high sales performance
