Duties & Responsibilities (Sales)
- Attend all customer’s queries.
- Archiving and maintaining documents and files for history purpose.
- Attend and represent the company through its booths at worldwide exhibitions.
- Coordinate with production & Logistics managers to meet delivery deadlines and prevent delays.
- Demonstrating products, Negotiate prices, terms of sale, and close sales deals with clients.
- Help customers select products based on the customers’ needs while emphasizing product specs and features.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, identify and follow leads.
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
- Maintain and improve quality communication channels with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, services or complaints (if any).
- Periodic Follow up with VIP customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase.
- Prepare sales offers and submit production orders for processing.
- Report clients’ feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the upper management to take corrective actions where needed.
- Create detailed sales reports, market analysis reports, and analyzes performance data.
- Present and discuss Sales annual plan with the upper management, including (sales forecasts, sales strategy, as well as sales budget).
Perform various duties, miscellaneous, and non-standard tasks as required.
