Food And Beverage Attendant – AL PROJ MANAGEMENT L.L.C

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders from patrons, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated.
3. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, following established procedures for presentation and portion control.
4. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed.
5. Provide attentive and personalized service to customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
6. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company policies for cash handling and reporting.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
8. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
9. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of dining areas.
10. Uphold the company’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at all times
