Head of Business – UAE / GCC
Location: Dubai
Will be responsible for establishing and driving the business strategy, operations, and market presence in this new region. This leadership role will focus on expanding the company’s footprint and ensuring the successful execution of business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets. Will be supported by HQ team in India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
○ Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the region.
○ Identify market opportunities and formulate plans to capitalize on them.
○ Set clear goals and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.
2. Sales:
○ Conduct market research to understand regional dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
○ Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,partners, and government entities to meet sales targets
○ Drive sales and marketing to meet revenue targets
○ Build reseller network and strategic partnerships to drive sales growth
3. Operations Management:
○ Establish and manage local operations, including office setup, licenses and administration.
○ Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
4. Financial Oversight:
○ Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
○ Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
○ Prepare regular reports on business performance for senior management.
5. Partner and Vendor Network:
○ Identify partners and vendors to provide support services
○ Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company
