Inventory Controller – Aswag Alsarhan Co.

As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of inventory control and management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient inventory levels, minimizing stock discrepancies, and optimizing inventory turnover. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory items.
2. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances with the system records.
3. Analyze inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
4. Monitor inventory movements and identify potential stock shortages or excesses.
5. Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and improve accuracy.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
7. Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues, such as incorrect product labeling or damaged goods.
8. Implement and utilize inventory management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
9. Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any inventory-related issues.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance inventory control procedures.
