- Create electrical BIM models using specialized software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Develop detailed electrical layouts, systems, equipment, and infrastructure within BIM models.
- Assist in clash detection and coordination activities to identify and resolve conflicts with other building elements.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and generate reports based on BIM models.
- Review and revise BIM models based on feedback and project changes.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical input related to electrical BIM modeling.
