- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver solutions and services that meet client needs.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a client advocate within the organization, representing their interests and ensuring their needs are addressed.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with key accounts, ensuring compliance and timely renewal.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues or challenges faced by key accounts and work towards timely resolution.
