Merchandiser – Aswag Alsarhan Co.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandiser to join our team in Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are effectively displayed and promoted in retail stores. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, and can effectively communicate and negotiate with retail partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales
2. Plan and execute product displays and promotions in retail stores
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability on shelves
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
5. Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and negotiate favorable placement and shelf space
6. Create and manage product marketing materials, including signage and displays
7. Train retail staff on product features and benefits
8. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns
10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Preferred Candidate:

1. Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
2. Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
7. Strong problem-solving skills
8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other merchandising software
10. Flexibility to travel and work in different retail locations
