Job Description:
• Manage pricing for apartments in Down Town Dubai
• Do market research every day and make sure each listing is priced optimally
• Analyse and report on KPI’s such as RevPAR, ADR and occupancy rates
• Willing to take on more roles such as bookings – direct booking optimisation
