What you’ll be doing
- Assisting the EUC Team Lead with monitoring the call queue, prioritising & keeping VIP users updated, reconciling user accounts, etc.
- Maintain compliance with the agreed service & change deliverables as well as risk & security policies and procedures.
- To own the progress of the call from inception to resolution and keep customers informed of the progress of their reported incident and requests.
- Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to our EUC Services SLA’s.
- Guarantee that the end to end ownership of issues is managed to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Mentoring other EUC Engineers in the team, acting as an internal escalation point and coach to junior members of the team.
- Manage your Stakeholders to ensure the provision of first class customer support
- Maintain a close working relationship with other team members within Service Operations resolver teams
- Prioritise & escalate problems based on the business impact and reported problems.
- Regularly report the current status of the EUC operation
- Identity and pursue new ways to improve the efficiency and performance of the EUC team
- Work on call as part of a rota when required
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Working effectively with others to achieve common goals and objectives, in a manner that builds trust, teamwork and a collective focus on what is best for the broader organization.
- Recognizing and respecting the communication needs of others and adjusting styles of communication to convey messages clearly and with maximum impact.
- Adapt to ever changing customer needs, aiming at providing customers (both internal and external) with an experience that exceeds expectations and drives long lasting relationships.
- Supporting the developmental needs of team members through appropriate actions and building an engaging talent culture through a strong employee value proposition.
- Focusing on achieving a high standard of excellence in all work produced at an individual or team level.
