Senior Service Assurance Specialist – TAHAKOM

JOB PURPOSE

To monitor the implementation of enterprise architecture across the organization and conduct usability and user acceptance tests for developed applications and platforms in order to ensure high performance within set standards and guidelines.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Architecture Monitoring

• Monitor continuously the implementation of enterprise architecture across the organization and provide support when needed
• Draft reports on the compliance of low level designs with standards, guidelines and EA blueprint and raise to higher management for further guidance and assurance

Testing and Service Assurance

• Research latest trends on quality assurance tests in order to maintain a high level of performance
• Conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) to identify business requirements match and usability of developed platforms/applications
• Coordinate with external vendors to manage services highlighting testing criteria and results
• Develop KPIs and follow-up on performance to ensure quality of developed platforms and applications

Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others
• Adhere to risk management rules and regulations in delivery of own work to ensure compliance at all times

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge & Experience 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Technology related role

Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent is required
