1- مراجعة الفواتير اليومية وادخالها بالنظام المحاسبي
2- التأكد من استلام الفواتير اليومية ووجود توقيعات الاستلام من العملاء
3- رفع الفواتير علي المنظومة الضريبية
4- التأكد من توافر جميع الاوراق المطلوبة من الموردين في الملف الخاص بهم
5- تجهيز الدفعات الشهرية للموردين .
6- التأكد من ان جميع الفواتير المرفوعة علي المنظومة الضريبية تخص الشركة
