- خريج احدى الجامعات الحكومية – تخصص هندسة معمارية
- مسجل بالهيئة السعودية للمهندسين – مهندس معماري
- خبرة لا تقل عن (10) سنوات في مجال التشطيبات للمباني المختلفة ( فلل عمارات – مباني تجارية او خدمية – ويفضل المباني المرتفعة )
- القدرة على استخدام برامج الرسم الهندسي مثل الأوتوكاد على الأقل ويفضل الريفيت ( إن امكن )
- القدرة على استخدام برامج الأوفيس بشكل عام
- الخبرة في أعمال حصر ومراجعة الكميات
- الخبرة في مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية Shop drawings
- الخبرة في مجال اعتمادات مواصفات مواد التشطيب
- إمكانية تحدث اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد
- الخبرة في مراجعة البرامج الزمنية أو التعديل عليها
- يفضل أن يكون حاصل على بعض الدورات المتخصصة مثل PMP
