Our client a leading FMCG distribution firm is looking to hire an experienced and results- driven Ecommerce Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing their online sales channels, driving ecommerce growth, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, promotions, and inventory. Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance. Ensure a user-friendly and engaging online shopping experience by optimizing website design, navigation, and functionality. Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and website updates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Oversee the creation and management of ecommerce content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials. Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of online orders.
