Job Summary:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the housekeeping operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate housekeeping staff schedules and assignments.
2. Inspect and ensure cleanliness standards are met in all areas of the facility.
3. Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and guidelines.
4. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
5. Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints.
6. Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines for housekeeping staff.
Candidate Requirements:
