Responsibilities: • Solicit potential clients/leads on prospective training needs to grow the portfolio of the institute. • Liaise with external clients on their training needs and design training catalogs, outlines, and proposals. • Present the Institute’s services and capabilities to prospective clients and manage proposed and ongoing relationships with business partners. • Identify trainers/speakers to deliver a wide variety of training courses. • Report to the Head of the Institute on the trainees’ experience, complaints (if any), and overall feedback. • Maintain regular communication with trainers, attendees, and other stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing queries. • Contribute to planning and coordinating Institute events, including workshops, seminars, and promotional activities. • Handle any additional relevant tasks demonstrating adaptability and initiative to meet the changing needs of the Institute. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as: o Business Administration o Public Relations o Marketing • 3-5 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of Arabic and English is a must (fluency in both) • Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic team setting • Salesmanship and communication skills • Responsiveness and teamwork • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications + Virtual Meetings programs such as Teams and Zoom
