Responsibilities:
– Plan and organize various events such as conferences, corporate gatherings, webinars, and exhibitions.
– Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, transportation, accommodation, audio-visual equipment, signage, and decor.
– Supervise all on-site event activities, such as registration, attendee management, speaker coordination, and resolving any issues that occur.
– Perform market research to identify trends, market size, and opportunities.
– Compile a comprehensive database of competitors’ activities and marketing efforts.
– Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications by monitoring and adhering to brand guidelines in all campaigns and materials.
– Create and manage the production of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and promotional items to support brand campaigns and events.
– Provide regular and detailed reports on marketing campaign performance and prepare presentations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
– Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
– Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is beneficial.
– Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
